Hey there SKC,

I'm ecstatic to be serving you as your 22-23 term president :D In order to make this term memorable for you, I have some tips that I suggest you follow throughout the year.

First, be as present as you possibly can. Whether that be club meetings, service events, socials, division council meetings, or any other events. Attendance at such events will allow you to naturally become involved in KC. Second, make connections. Make it a point to get to know a new person at each event you attend. This can include members OR adults! Building strong and healthy relationships with a variety of people will always have incredible benefit for you. Third, find joy in your activities. Service events may seem boring and tedious, but finding ways to make them fun will help them become memorable and meaningful for you. Take your friends, make a goal for yourself, and choose service events that allow you to do what you enjoy doing.
